How it works

Up and running in three steps

Sign in
Use your Google account. Your organization is created on the spot and you become its admin. No forms, no passwords to remember.

Load your prices
Upload the spreadsheet you already have (CSV or Excel), or add items one at a time. Each item gets a code, a name, a description, a price and an optional picture.

Invite your team
Invite people by their email address. They can search and look up prices from any browser, but only admins can change them.

Use the same five columns in CSV or Excel. If you upload the file again, codes that already exist are updated.

It is not guaranteed for business-critical operations, and you should use it on the assumption that it can fail, be unavailable or lose data at any time. There is no privacy guarantee, so don't upload personal, confidential or sensitive information. Export your list regularly and keep your own copy.

Common questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Simple Price List runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers.

What file format do I upload?

A CSV or Excel file with the columns Item ID, Item Name, Description, Price, Image URL and headers in the first row. Files can be up to 10 MB.

Who can change prices?

Only admins. The first person to sign in becomes the admin of the organization and can promote other members later.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your full price list to CSV from the dashboard at any time. We recommend doing this regularly.

Can I run it on critical business operations?

No. The service is offered as is, with no uptime, backup or privacy guarantees. Read the legal notice before you rely on it.
